As a Child Care Practitioner, you will foster a nurturing, child-focused, and secure living environment for the children under your care. Your role will involve delivering high-quality support and working towards achieving beneficial outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Develop, implement, and assess personalized care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with children in a residential context.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, team members, and external partners.
