About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Child Care and Nursery Early Years Practitioner to make a positive impact on the lives of children. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local nurseries with staff shortages on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
  • Assist in creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Work collaboratively with nursery staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and abilities.
Requirements
  • Relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse in a nursery setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new certificate.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles in an environment with children.
