Job Title: Digital Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Designer to join our internal studio team, The Gym Works. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for developing highly effective branded digital assets across a range of touchpoints, including our website and app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Digital Assets: Create engaging and visually stunning digital design assets for our website and app, including graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with our marketing team and stakeholders to support campaign initiatives with cohesive design elements, including email campaigns and paid digital media channels.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines across all design deliverables, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand identity.
  • Conceptual Design: Develop innovative and impactful visual concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our UX/UI team to strengthen the design community within our business and deliver integrated campaign and projects effectively.
Requirements:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Design Experience: Experience designing assets for web, app, CRM, including email and in-app content.
  • Accessibility: Strong understanding of dark mode, accessibility requirements, and thinking mobile-first.
  • Design System: Familiarity working with a design system and experience using Figma.
  • Best Practices: Strong understanding of best practice with layout and type hierarchy for digital marketing channels.
  • Creativity: Highly creative with a good eye for detail and a passion for design.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
