About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Controller to oversee our team of Technicians at our prestigious Edinburgh facility. This role focuses on delivering exceptional post-sales experiences for customers of luxury car brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, and Lamborghini.

As Workshop Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing profitability by optimizing workshop efficiency, productivity, and loading. Your responsibilities include ensuring top-quality workmanship with a strong emphasis on first-time repair resolution. You will also collaborate closely with front-end teams to provide seamless customer service and maintain a professional workshop environment.

About You

We are looking for a technically proficient individual with a proven track record in managing a busy automotive workshop. Previous experience in a similar technical role is essential, along with the ability to lead a team effectively in a high-end setting. Excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach are crucial for success in this position. Experience with luxury car brands would be highly advantageous.
