Executive Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Oxford office. Our city centre office is home to a team of consultants specialising in Cost & Project Management, working with clients across various industries.

About the Role

  • Provide project management delivery services to key clients on projects ranging from £1m - £50m.
  • Act as the main point of contact and Gleeds representative on these instructions.
  • Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.
  • Manage teams to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
  • Administer contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager.
  • Mentor and coach employees to realise their full potential.
  • Advise directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects.

Requirements

  • Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
  • Detailed knowledge and practiced experience of project management techniques.
  • Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
  • Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers) or equivalent.
