**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction techniques and engineering principles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
  • **Communication:** Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, implementing quality control measures as necessary.
  • **Health and Safety:** Promote a culture of health and safety within the project team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • **Change Management:** Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring minimal impact on the project.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that the project meets their requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • **Technical Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of construction techniques and engineering principles.
  • **Project Management:** Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies.
  • **Leadership:** Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • **Computer Competence:** Proficient in MS Office and other project management tools.
