Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Natural Resources and New Energies sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the natural resources and new energies sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Earned Value Management.
