Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Programme Services team in Oxford. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including education, commercial, infrastructure, and public sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional project management standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary client contact and advise on project costs, programmes, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce regular project reports, including programme updates, risk registers, and other relevant information.
  • Effectively manage change on projects and implement efficient communication tools.
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in public sector projects, but not essential.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in adopting and managing best practice project management techniques.
  • Ability to deliver pre- and post-contract project management services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold or be working towards RICS Chartership or a similar project management qualification.
  • NEC3/NEC4 accreditation or experience is a plus.
