Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to advance to a senior role and oversee a multi-million-pound heritage renovation, restoration, and conservation project in Oxford. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on a hybrid model with an office and projects located in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a large-scale heritage renovation project worth £5M - £50M, guiding and mentoring project managers whilst taking projects from inception to completion
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met
* Have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across various sectors, preferably heritage
* Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements:

* Chartered with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE
* Experience in a consultancy environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
