Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and trade operatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and Scheduling: Assist with the booking in of service visits and manage the diaries of a team of trades people.
  • Customer Enquiries: Receive calls from trade operatives and assist them with their enquiries, as well as receive enquiries from clients who wish to book in services.
  • Order Management: Place material orders through the system and upload requests for jobs to be completed.
  • Reporting and Administration: Work closely with the Accounts Team to create weekly reports, gain authorization from managers for payments, and input invoices.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
  • General Administration: Perform general administration duties, including photocopying, maintaining records, and telephone answering.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous telephone customer service experience and skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Administration Skills: Excellent administration and data inputting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Problem Solving: Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
