About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Estate Manager to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As an Estate Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our locations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a sense of community among our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring that all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with our property colleagues and contractors to ensure that residents' homes are well-maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Connect with residents, signposting them to access health and social services, and promoting inclusion in social events both internally and in the wider community.
- Resolve all complaints within service level agreement, ensuring that the customer is kept informed throughout.
