As we enhance our teams in the London region, we are in search of a sales leader to join our field sales operations.
Your Role at Elis
Our Sales Managers play a crucial role in collaborating with our business to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and introduce the Elis brand to new clients within our sector.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead by example, work closely with your sales team, and dedicate approximately 80% of your time in the field, coaching, supporting, and securing new business.
Our Sales Leaders are inspiring, dynamic, and possess the capability to mentor and elevate their teams' performance while maintaining the same drive as the sales professionals they lead to secure new business.
This team is entirely focused on acquiring new business, backed by a solid sales support structure and account management, enabling you and your team to present the Elis service offerings to the market.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Oversee a sales team of 8 field sales executives to surpass sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Direct sales forecasting initiatives and establish performance objectives accordingly.
• Analyze market data to identify customer needs, potential volume, and pricing strategies.
• Guide staffing, training, and performance assessments to develop the sales team.
What Will Set You Apart?
It is essential that you have a proven track record in securing new business and experience in a hunter role where you can identify opportunities and close deals. You should also demonstrate team management experience within a sales context where you have driven growth and profitability.
- Prior experience in business-to-business field sales
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines and converting them into measurable sales
- Proven success against KPIs and targets
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and Excel skills
- A results-driven, determined self-starter
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
