Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting chance for a professional with a strong background in technology training to make a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and assessing training programs focused on IT systems to elevate the technical capabilities of staff.
  • Crafting tailored training content and resources that address the unique requirements of various teams.
  • Producing comprehensive course outlines, instructional materials, presentations, and supplementary documentation.
  • Facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions, primarily in a virtual format.
  • Assessing training needs and establishing priorities for employee development.
  • Keeping all team members informed about the latest advancements in technology and tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Trainer or in a comparable position, with expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong ability to engage with key stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various IT sectors, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia development tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in professional services is a plus.
  • Comfortable delivering both remote and in-person training sessions.

This is a remarkable opportunity to join a growing international organization. While the majority of training will be conducted remotely, occasional travel may be necessary.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a hybrid working model that starts with three days in the office, transitioning to two days once established.
