Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Trainer to join our client, a leading provider of accredited training courses in the construction industry. As a Construction Training Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to clients and contributing to the company's success and growth.

About the Role

  • Deliver CITB accredited courses to clients, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of clients and the industry.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide training and support to employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering CITB courses or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake further training and professional development.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.

The Offer

  • Salary up to £43,000 per annum.
  • Car allowance approximately £4,800.
