Equine Coach Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equine Coach to join our team at Sparsholt College. As an Equine Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering equestrian coaching and practical skills to our Further Education equine students and commercial riding activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality equestrian coaching and practical skills to students and clients
  • Plan and develop equestrian programs and activities
  • Work collaboratively with the Equine Centre Manager and other team members
  • Attain and maintain BHS stage three coaching qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of BHS stage two teach qualification
  • Experience in equestrian coaching and instruction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
