Video Production Assistant

We are a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in video production for fast-growing tech companies and sports organizations. We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Junior Video Producer to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented and motivated individual to support our Head of Production on large projects, learn the ropes on our consistent projects, and take ownership of various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Head of Production: Assist the Head of Production on large projects, including booking voice overs, talent, and crew, and sending out contracts.
- Learning and Ownership: Learn the ropes on our consistent projects and take ownership of various tasks, including editing, filming, and marketing.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as booking travel arrangements and managing project schedules.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth project execution and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Video Production Experience: A strong background in video production, including experience with cameras, codecs, and project management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £21,000-£25,000 per annum, pro rata.
