About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Head of Performance and HR. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR policies, practices, and procedures to drive a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR Advisory and the P&C Leadership team to ensure all UK people policies and procedures are up-to-date, reflective of best practice, and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and processes to support a culture of fairness, inclusivity, and high engagement.
  • Work closely with the HR Shared Services team to review, update, or create internal processes to reflect new policies or policy updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to the P&C team, people managers, and business stakeholders on the interpretation and implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and update associated policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Provide expert advice on employment matters, including policy and procedures, best practice, and employment law, to ensure managers understand and are familiar with HR implications.
  • Support the HR Business Partnering team in embedding policies and procedures within their respective areas.
  • Monitor the return on investment from the implementation of revised and new policies and procedures.
