About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Path Destination Management. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Product Innovation: Research and develop new travel products that meet market trends and customer expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, create bespoke travel packages, and deliver competitive quotations to our clients.
  • Account Management: Oversee the operations of designated accounts, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the General Manager and owner to support the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the travel, tourism, and hospitality sector.
  • Destination Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with Asian travel products and destinations.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, confident, and dynamic personality who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech Savvy: Competent in using IT tools and systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
