This position is ideal for an exceptionally organized individual with strong administrative capabilities and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail, particularly if you have experience in account management, order processing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients both on-site and remotely to broaden the customer base.
  • Establish and uphold office-based sales protocols.
  • Prepare, follow up on, and manage quotations and orders.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and generate reports as required.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding any delays or concerns.
  • Assist with general sales administration tasks, including quotations, compliance with export regulations, and non-disclosure agreements.

Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 08:00 - 13:30
