The EMEA renewals team, consisting of 30 members, is based in the UK and is tasked with achieving industry-leading renewal rates across the region. We operate in multiple languages and engage with both end users and reseller partners. As part of our team, you will implement strategies designed to boost customer loyalty and enhance renewal retention rates. Join a team recognized for its exceptional performance, including achievements such as making the presidents club and receiving monthly MVP awards.

This role reports to a Renewals Sales Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Involve

  • Managing a designated territory with a specific set of customer contracts to ensure our high renewal close rate is maintained.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals by developing and executing a proactive and strategic sales plan.
  • Identifying renewal opportunities using our sales methodology and effectively managing them through the sales cycle.
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to document all customer and partner interactions, facilitating accurate forecasting of renewal bookings and invoicing.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners in your territory to maximize revenue potential.
  • Creating complex pricing proposals by analyzing historical sales data through our CRM and financial systems.
  • Proactively managing your pipeline of customer contracts at least 90 days in advance, including researching customer license usage and identifying potential risk factors.
  • Collaborating with customer success, channel, and sales teams to address existing sales processes, identify unique customer challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

What You Bring to the Position

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adhere to established procedures.
  • A proven track record of meeting targets, with strong attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset coupled with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders within Barracuda, as well as with our channel and end customers.
  • Experience in conducting customer calls and negotiating pricing effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to facilitate the creation of complex pricing proposals.
