  • Salary range of £24000-£26000 per annum, plus bonus

Your Role's Impact:

As a key member of the Global Service Bureau team, the Global Service Bureau Specialist will oversee the precise setup, maintenance, and enhancement of Standing Settlement Instructions in ALERT, along with generating reports for clients. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate information transfer from clients to our systems. The Specialist will identify missing mandatory information and assess compliance with validation rules. Additionally, the Specialist will engage in large-scale projects, which include:

  1. Conducting project scoping to assess capacity requirements based on client volume
  2. Establishing turnaround time targets
  3. Negotiating reasonable turnaround time commitments with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Communicating project progress and addressing issues collaboratively
  5. Ensuring client satisfaction throughout and following project completion

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing multiple projects while meeting turnaround time commitments with utmost accuracy.
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding Global Service Bureau services
  • Overseeing assigned cases in Salesforce, updating case details, and confirming case closure with clients
  • Adhering to established quality standards in all tasks, ensuring 100% compliance with Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies
  • Generating various reports for clients, including benchmark and data quality initiative reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

  • Commitment to reviewing deliverables for quality and accuracy, adhering to established procedures
