- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating disputes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions and updates.
- HR Policy Implementation: Collaborate with senior management to create and enforce HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.
- Strong background in HR management, including recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in talent acquisition and performance evaluation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Transport experience desirable
- HR certification is a plus.
