Senior Human Resources Generalist for Metal Manufacturing

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee the implementation of HR practices and strategies on our UK operations, specifically in metal manufacturing. The successful candidate will be based in Canterbury, with a salary range of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of our Euro London Appointments team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with managers to establish performance metrics and review processes to drive business growth.
- Support employees in enhancing their performance and career progression through targeted initiatives.
- Analyse training needs and deliver impactful employee development sessions.
- Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and pension schemes, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment laws and regulations, guaranteeing a secure working environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives, driving excellence in people management.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Relevant qualifications or educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the metal manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
