Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Join our dynamic team at Weightmans as a Sales Support Executive, where you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our Commercial Leads and wider business development team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining prospect nurturing lists, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients to win new business and consolidate commercially viable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain prospect nurturing lists and sales pipelines in our CRM system to help manage the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to help win new business and consolidate commercially viable opportunities
  • Project manage the organization and execution of promotional events and merchandise management
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to build out new initiatives relating to client-facing communications, new marketing channels, marketing content, etc.
  • Pull together reports and insight for decision-makers to help drive growth and accurately reflect the department's performance
  • Provide support for tasks relating to diary management, travel bookings, event planning, expenses, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills and understanding, ideally across the Microsoft Office suite and experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to build relationships
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of sales pipelining and sales forecasting principles
  • Willingness to travel to and attend events in support of the team and to help build your network
