Overview

Your Responsibilities as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

  • Ensuring that the facilities, buildings, and equipment are maintained and suitable for use.
  • Utilizing practical DIY skills to uphold the safety of residents.
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks and repairs.
  • Assisting in the upkeep and renovation of all buildings.
  • Participating in decorating tasks as needed.
  • Reporting all issues and defects to management.
  • Participating in an on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
  • Coordinating with contractors on-site and managing necessary documentation and tool inspections.
