Cleaning Operative Role
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in allocated buildings or areas, ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as outlined in the contract specification.
- Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated collection points.
- Sweeping and mopping floors using appropriate equipment.
- Carpet cleaning and spot cleaning using suction machines and cleaning solutions.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, ledges, and windowsills.
- Replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, and drinking fountains.
- Using chemical agents as directed and following proper training.
- Undertaking wall washing and window cleaning as part of periodic maintenance programs.
- Performing other reasonable duties within the scope of the role.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines.
