Job Title: Interim Facilities Manager

At Gilbert Meher, we're seeking an experienced Interim Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure our properties meet the highest standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Manage small projects, collaborating with external contractors to enhance our properties and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the operations team to establish and manage annual maintenance budgets.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all maintenance work meets our rigorous standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple sites and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree-level education and CIWFM certification (or working towards it).
