Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Sales Account Representative to become a vital part of our team at Funding Circle. This position marks the beginning of a rewarding career in Sales within our organization. As a Sales Account Representative, you will participate in a customized 2-week Sales Induction program upon your arrival, followed by ongoing support to thrive in your role and advance into higher positions such as Client Manager and Sales Team Leader. Your compensation will be £30,000 plus OTE (£5,700 - 8,100).

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with small and medium enterprise owners via phone and email, fostering relationships and comprehending their business requirements - Create new prospects with warm leads through business development initiatives - Oversee a substantial pipeline and assist clients throughout the application journey - Achieve monthly objectives and consistently refine sales techniques - Proactively recognize and mitigate any potential challenges or risks
