  • **Migration and Implementation:** Oversee the migration of FLEXCUBE systems from lower versions to higher versions, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • **Technical Expertise:** Utilize technical knowledge of standalone OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS Core, and ELCM for effective system management and implementation.
  • **Microservices and APIs:** Design and implement microservices and APIs for FLEXCUBE-based products, including OBLO, OBTFPM, OBCFPM, and external REST services.
  • **Solution Customization:** Manage and customize FLEXCUBE and OBMA solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • **Data Modeling:** Architect and develop analytical data models for Oracle FLEXCUBE, including data warehouse systems and entity relationship diagrams.
  • **Programming Skills:** Demonstrate proficiency in core Java, Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL, and apply this knowledge to core banking solution design.
  • **System Integration:** Handle installations, interfaces (e.g., ATM Queues), and APIs, ensuring robust system integration and functionality.
  • **System Enhancement:** Utilize Oracle Banking extensibility (OBX) and ELCM to enhance system capabilities.
  • **Technical Support:** Provide hands-on expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, RDBMS, and data warehouse technologies (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL).
  • **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with offshore development and support teams for technical deliverables, including customizations, patch sets, and fixes.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Follow defined standards, tools, processes, and change control steps to achieve high-quality deliverables that meet audit compliance expectations.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing clear updates, status reports, and root cause analysis for production incidents.
Qualifications:
  • **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Banking, or a related field.
  • **Experience:** Hands on years of total experience with years of focused experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking projects.
  • **Technical Skills:** Strong technical skills in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, Unix shell scripting, and microservices.
  • **Certifications:** Certified Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Professional and Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate.
  • **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • **Language:** Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
