Job Title: Supply Chain Project Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team at Elida Beauty. As a key member of our global FMCG organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth through the delivery of projects that meet our commercial strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Define and develop network activities, innovation planning processes, and ensure delivery of key activities on time and in full.
  • Work closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities and ensure the SKU portfolio is regularly reviewed to address delist, margin improvement, or volume/MOQ correction.
  • Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant.
  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent, including succession planning, to ensure the organization is fit to win short and long term.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Innovation Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or an R&D innovation-focused role.
  • Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with autonomy.
  • The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.
