Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team as an Innovation Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions.

As an Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address supply chain challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation planning, supply planning, demand planning, or an R&D innovation-focused role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with autonomy.
  • Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
  • Technology: Experience working with Microsoft Project and building networks/timelines.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management.
  • Excel Skills: Strong Excel skills.
