About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Specialist to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to agreed standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Assist the Kitchen Managers with the supervision and coaching of Kitchen Assistants, maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Support the implementation and production of menus, procedures, and standards as required.
  • Attend company training sessions as necessary for legal purposes, personal development, or menu development.
  • Comply with food safety guidelines and practices as detailed in the Food Safety Manual.
Requirements
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably as a Kitchen Assistant.
  • Naturally cheerful, patient, and friendly demeanor.
