School Liaison Advisor

37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year / Permanent

As the face and voice of HSDC, you will be responsible for recruiting students through work with catchment schools and building rapport and trust with the students to position HSDC as the first choice in Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and autonomously delivering all activities and initiatives with our local school stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination and innovative delivery of each activity.
  • Recruiting students to HSDC in a creative, knowledgeable, and engaging style, using key data to plan activities that will have a positive influence on market share and applications.
  • Confidently presenting to groups of 2 – 200 at a time, at local schools, providing information and guidance about the whole HSDC offer.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with schools that maximize potential student recruitment and utilizing historical data to highlight trends in subjects, timings, and specifications for each school in your area.
  • Capturing key data on trends, demographics, and competitors to influence the schools offer and creative delivery.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Qualification
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English at grade C or above
  • A Professional Qualification or professional development relevant to IAG and Marketing
  • Experience of working with young people and those who influence them
  • Experience of planning/delivering campaigns and events.
