Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a friendly Primary school for children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Job Role:

  • Supporting small groups of KS1 and KS2 children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Working alongside an experienced teacher to provide individualized support and assessments.
  • Fostering a safe and secure learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborating with the teacher to develop and implement effective strategies for student outcomes.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Havant
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Type of work: Full-time
  • Contract type: Temp to Perm
  • Hourly rate: £95 per day

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
  • DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply with GSL Education
