Make a Difference in a Child's Life

GSL Education is working with a wonderful Special Needs Primary school in the Bedhampton area to find an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant.

This school caters for children with social and communication difficulties, autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning difficulties. The school prioritises outdoor learning and has a range of bikes and scooters available for everyone, as well as safe play areas and an outdoor Learning Lodge.

Job Role:
  • Support children's emotional wellbeing and communication skills.
  • Work under the guidance of a teacher supporting small groups of pupils with learning tasks.
  • Create a supportive and nurturing environment where the needs of all children are met.
  • Safeguarding will be your number one priority ensuring the welfare of the pupils.
  • Work with KS1 and 2 aged pupils.
Job Specification:
  • Full-time position, 8:45am – 3:15pm (Monday – Friday)
