About the Role

Lounges are unique establishments that rely on exceptional team members to deliver an outstanding experience. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team to maintain the high standards that set us apart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace for the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the management team in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Deliver 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy
  • Oversee the detail, ensuring every aspect of the service meets our high standards

What We're Looking For
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivation and ability to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
