Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Lex Leisure CIC. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception team, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

About the Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, team management, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors
  • Manage the reception team, including training and development
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front of house area, including facilities management and maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
