Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Riviera International Centre. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front of house area.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors
  • Managing the front of house area, including the reception desk and waiting areas
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth operation of the front of house area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Providing support to the management team as needed

The Person

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be flexible, reliable, and possess good communication skills. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend hours.
