About the Role

Ambitious Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our Sales Support Team within the Customer Support Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Communication and Liaison: Maintain close communication with customers, field staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues.
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Identify and resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and suggest modifications and improvements to existing systems and processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, field staff, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Identify and resolve customer complaints, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Relevant Experience and Knowledge: Possess relevant customer service experience and knowledge of sales support processes and procedures.
