Customer Support Advisor (Sales Support)

We have partnered with a industry-leading British manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, website, or email.
  • Process orders and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle enquiries and provide information on prices, technical requirements, and order status.
  • Maintain close communication with field staff.
  • Manage order processing, addressing anomalies, and updating customers.
  • Handle product returns and issue credits as needed.
  • Address customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with finance partners for product leasing.
  • Suggest system improvements and make decisions within established procedures.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Quick and accurate problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Preferable knowledge of Excel.
