Position: Head of Compliance and MLRO

Danebury Associates, a distinguished global investment and wealth management firm, is seeking a Head of Compliance and MLRO to enhance our compliance framework. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in financial crime compliance to assume greater responsibilities. Experience in emerging markets will be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring the maintenance of all relevant compliance policies.
  • Establish and enforce compliance controls and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial crime compliance with a focus on UK regulations.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role as Head of Compliance/MLRO.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management, private banking, and investment sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills to cultivate internal and external relationships.
