Position: Head of Compliance and MLRO

Danebury Associates, a prominent international boutique investment and wealth management firm, is seeking a qualified Head of Compliance and MLRO to enhance our compliance framework. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a robust background in financial crime compliance to assume greater responsibilities. Experience in emerging markets will be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring the maintenance of relevant compliance policies.
  • Establish and implement compliance controls and procedures to fulfill regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all regulatory submissions are completed accurately and punctually.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial crime compliance with a focus on UK regulations.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role as Head of Compliance/MLRO.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in wealth management, private banking, and investment sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster internal and external relationships.
