About the Role
As an Engineering Chargehand at Firstbus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a small team of engineers, overseeing the daily running of the depot and ensuring that our vehicles are in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the daily activities of the depot, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate your team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working to the best of their abilities.
- Carry out repairs and diagnosis on vehicles as required, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our depot is running smoothly and efficiently.
