We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at LiveWest. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that services are delivered in line with our strategic aims, values, policies, and operational standards.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
