About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Invision360. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Sales Strategy
    • Identify key market segments, potential clients, and growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within local authorities.
  • Drive Outbound Sales Efforts
    • Prospect, engage, and convert new clients, leveraging a mix of cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
    • Identify partnership opportunities, strategic alliances, and channels for expanding the company's reach within the local government sector.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics impacting the local government sector.
  • Utilize Market Insights
    • Inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on selling to local government entities.
  • Strong understanding of the local government procurement process, compliance requirements, and budgeting cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at executive levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
