About the Role
As an Opticians Store Manager at Boots, you will report to the Regional Manager. Working with your team members, you will have the autonomy to run your business and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every time. You will not need previous optical experience for this role, although experience in retail leadership is required.
- Create a work environment where there is a persistent focus on ensuring our teams are looking after our customers and having a positive experience.
- Deliver our business targets, interpreting and acting upon insights and data to maximize results.
- Lead your teams to be the best they can be and provide genuine care to all our customers.
- Maintain clinical, retail, and legal standards.
- Engage with your customers and team to understand how we can improve.
- Meet multiple goals at any one time and at pace.
- Manage budgets and achieve targets.
