Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store LRG Investments Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
