We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Jo Malone London. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading and developing a team
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability and ability to work variable shifts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
