About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store LRG Investments Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including visual merchandising and store displays.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education preferred.
