Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store LRG Investments Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
